Established in Edgewood, WA in 1984, Bradford Inspections
is a local, family owned business that performs complete
pre-purchase and pre-sale home inspections. Each inpsector
on our team is highly tranined and experienced.
You can expect each inspection or check-up to be thorough
and properly documented, complete with photos and a
wood destroying organism report.
With thirty years combined experience in all phases of
termite and pest control, Bradford's inspectors know what
to look for and can spot any potential issues quickly.
